Business Mentoring

The TEDCO managed Business Mentoring project is funded through South Tyneside Means Business to help South Tyneside businesses access a wealth of business knowledge and expertise.

The unique project matches an experienced person who has been in or is actively still in business, on a voluntary basis, to a business planning to expand and become more profitable.

The new scheme is not a troubleshooting exercise to help ailing businesses, but a positive plan to offer on-going help, advice and support.

TEDCO have built a database and work closely with a select number of business mentors who have the vision and expertise to help businesses develop and grow. Each mentor has their own priceless experience covering a range of sectors which they are willing to share.

TEDCO are always recruiting mentors and businesses who wish to be mentored. If you are a successful, experienced business person who has the time to support others in business or you are looking for a fresh challenge, then please get in touch. Likewise, if you feel that your business could benefit from the experience of others who have been in your position before, we are here to help!
