Offices in this distinctive, stylish 5 storey building are equipped to meet the latest standards of sound proofing, ICT, heating and ventilation, whilst satisfying the highest requirements for environmental sustainability and comfort.
A state-of-the-art security system including CCTV, perimeter fencing, manned guards and controlled access allows you to manage your business with complete peace of mind. Quadrus Centre clients benefit from easy access, 24 hours a day, 365 days a year.

The Quadrus Centre is designed to move into straight away so that you can literally "plug-in" and go. ICT facilities, telephones and even furniture can be set up to meet all requirements speedily. A sophisticated telephone system combines the benefits of a private line where messages can be taken through a reception facility.
Alternatively, you could make use of our virtual business service where voicemail and post facilities are available exclusively.

Quadrus has four floors of office accommodation, with a range of sizes and facilities to suit various requirements. There are 44 offices in total, the smallest starting at 13 sq m and the largest at 67 sq m. All offices are equipped with broadband and digital telephone points.
There are kitchens, toilets and break out areas on each floor with office access restricted to members and their guests only.
Professional reception services are also available.
Meeting Space
The Quadrus Centre has been designed with meeting and event spaces integral to its layout at every level. Each of the four floors house “break-out” areas where you can meet and greet clients or just meet other like minded businesses for a chat. Downstairs there are four meeting rooms accommodating AV equipment and plasma screens and there is a fully equipped café open daily which turns into an event space in the evenings. A full corporate hospitality service is available onsite.
On the ground floor Café Zest provides fresh food and drink for resident and visiting businesses and a comfortable venue to network. The café is also licensed for evening events.
The Quadrus Centre is open from 8.30am to 5.30pm Monday to Friday. Meeting rooms are available out of hours and the centre is accessible 24/7 for all licensees, every day of the year, so that you can come and go as you please.
